As we forge further ahead into the newly redesigned and vastly improved (at least compared to the last few seasons) American Idol, the show is about to celebrate its tenth anniversary in song. To honor ten years of the show, the powers that be are releasing the first official American Idol greatest hits album, American Idol 10th Anniversary – The Hits, on March 15th. The record will include hits from all 9 winners including Kelly Clarkson’s Grammy winning smash “Since U Been Gone” and Carrie Underwood’s Grammy winning crossover hit “Before He Cheats”. Interestingly, the album will also include hits by Grammy nominated also rans turned hit makers Chris Daughtry and Adam Lambert, plus Clay Aiken’s big hit “Invisible”.
