Kelly tackles Keith!

One of my favorite artists and the best American Idol winner ever, Miss Kelly Clarkson is currently on tour in Australia and New Zealand supporting her smash album All I Ever Wanted. (Her latest single in the states is that great funky title track by the way). Kelly has always done some great covers of artists like Kings of Leon, Patsy Cline, Aerosmith, and Alanis Morissette and now she’s taking on Keith Urban. The folks down under got a special treat as Kelly covers one of their own on Urban’s lovely ballad “Tonight I Wanna Cry.” Check out Kelly’s gorgeous version below.

It’s a Kelly Clarkson kind of Day…

So, it’s Friday and after a rough week, I think we all deserve a treat. How about a little Kelly Clarkson?! Not only is she a double Grammy winning mega pop star and of course the original and best American Idol winner ever, but she is a well respected artist. On top of that comes news that she is joining the Lillith Fair tour this summer alongside Sarah McLachlan, Sheryl Crow, Mary J. Blige and more! I can’t wait!
